THE NRRM is currently developing an OCP (Official Community Plan) and Zoning Bylaw for the area of the Regional Municipality beyond Fort Nelson and is seeking stakeholder feedback. Currently there is an OCP and Zoning Bylaw for Fort Nelson and a Land Use Policy for Toad River. The proposed changes include zoning the entire Northern Rockies Regional Municipality through 6 land use designations in the Rural Plan Area. The Toad River Land Use Policy is being updated and replaced with a separate OCP and zoning bylaw.
